Browse commercial brokers' sites... CBRE, Douglas Elliman, etc. Are you looking for Manhattan or all boroughs?

I send all my commercial referrals to Adam Kramer (and yes, he does work for my company, but I would refer him regardless of which firm he worked for.) I have never received a negative complaint from my referrals and they all gush about the service he provided. He can be reached at akramer@elliman.com

Tell him Carl Ekroth sent you and you will be in good hands.

Carl

I can help you with mixed use properties if you are looking to purchase rather than rent. I work with investors on a regular basis. Manhattan or Brooklyn. I'm at Rutenberg, 212-688-1000 x146.

Assuming you want a broker looking after your best interests, and are not just looking to contact the sellers brokers, I would recommend contacting a few management companies and ask if they also act as brokers who represent purchasers of investment properties.

Most regular brokers will not know nearly as much about how a building actually works than companies who manage several of them....

I am looking to buy a small 500-600 sq ft office that can be used as a therapist's office on UES-if anyone knows of anything please let me know. Mixed use commercial buildings as well as traditional doctor's offices will be considered. Can make all cash offer for a limited amount of time.

mym, if you want to leave your email I will get in touch with you. My office is on the UES and I see a few such spaces on the market now, in addition to knowing some other owners who may have things coming up soon.
