Hi. Anything new about this building that I need to know? The other threads are 2 years old for the most part. I'm moving to NYC from out of town and while I'm looking at different parts of the city this seems to be a good value. I've stayed at Ink 48 (6 blocks north) for business many times and have walked from that hotel to midtown so I know what the walk is like and I'm willing to accept that for what seems to be an otherwise good value. I'd have to walk to the Port Authority and take the E line to 5th and 52nd (work is right near there).

You wouldn't have to walk in the morning, the building has a shuttle bus that runs every 20 minutes on weekdays- I truly believe its a great value and its got the same incredible views as Ink48 (better bc the windows are direct). I have a real 2 bedroom furnished apartment in that building and I'm not a broker but an owner.
