Looking for a broker to help rent our apartment in central Harlem. Any advice or suggestions for specific brokers would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Craigslist for Harlem might work if TOP had the time so show the place his/herself.

I would recommend looking at Halstead or Corcoran's site for currently-listed harlem rentals - you will notice certain brokers specialize in Harlem by "see my other listings." Onces who live up there and work up there would probably serve you better. My two cents.

Third cent - EXPECT to pay the broker fee yourself on a two year lease, or offer two months free instead. No-fee is like 80% of Harlem rentals, and like 90% of the nicer doorman places.
