The buildings over 75% sold, only about 20 units left out of 96. I'm a broker who lives in the building and have done 3 other deals here. You can call me anytime 917-361-6854, and no I'm not trying to get you to use me as your broker. :) I can just give you advice.

when one can buy a brownstone on prime PS for way cheaper $psf, and where a year's taxes for said brownstone aren't much more than one month of monthlies on a large apt, it's a tough sale
I have a friend who lives in the building... He is very pleased with his purchase... I have heard from him that they had an 850k offer but the developer did not want to sell... Dont have any details though
Did someone just brag about 75% sold? This thing has been selling for YEARS, no?
As in they still have a quarter of the building unsold after several years of trying to sell it.
That don't sound so good...
