Does anyone have any info about this building? We are looking at some apartments there, building looks a bit ran down but value seems good. Anyone ever rented or bought a place in that building? Appreciate any insights and feedback. Debbie

My friend rents there and loves it. His unit is a nice sized one bedroom and he's on a high floor. He says there are a lot of music students in the building and it's a nice place to live.
