Moving from Chicago

I do a lot of relos from L.A. and I got that biz by having a good relationship with a big-deal L.A. agent. So I would suggest that you start by asking a superstar Chicago agent for a New York referral. Urbanbaby.com might help too, in that those chat room posters are sometimes pretty good at mapping the neighborhoods of different cities on to one another.

I am happy to help, but other than having a couple of Northwestern alums in the family (and being trained to yell "Go 'Cats" during sporting events) my Chicago literacy is pretty low.
