guidance on coop board package

First time potential purchaser of a coop, with mediocre realtors. Although the board application doesn't ask for letters of recommendation, should I include some anyway? I don't know anybody in the coop itself, so they would not be connected people. And what's the best way to get across that my employment is insanely stable, by today's standards (same job for 12 years, and it's highly secure by union contract -- hard to explain, but an essential service that isn't going anywhere, and I'm senior?) And what should the package literally look like? 3-ring binder? Clipped together? Tabs (which are a drag to copy)? Thanks.
