Putting a door between 2 adjacent condo units

Discussion about
A lot of information about taking wall down between 2 apartments, but not about putting a door between the two. Any insight on what's needed when just installing a door in the wall ( double sheetrock ) between 2 adjacent condo units? Does the door need to be a fire door? Anything needed from DOB? ( these will remain 2 separately-owned units ) Is an architect usually required in this case ( for the board )? Other ideas? Much appreciated.
