Discussion about Clinton Mews at 372 Dekalb Avenue in Clinton Hill

Hi all, this is an interesting building with some large-ish spaces. Was wondering if anyone lives here, and know about the quality of the building. I'm mostly concerned about noise. I've read that pre-war commercial conversions are "generally" very good at blocking noise from other units due to the over-engineering, etc. I've also read other reports that pre-war building that are 6 stories or less are "generally" lower quality. Anyhow, was hoping to hear from someone who knows more about this building specifically.
