very nice apartment (at least from the floorplan.One problem, aside from the maintenance,is that the original pricing was so out of line with prices in the rest of the building, which are basically very moderate. Would be like buying the elephant on top of the building

nothing else even close in that building. And it seems as if it also needed renovation - another negative.
At the last asking - actually a good buy.
