Discussion about
(Crain's) — Aon Corp.'s surprise move of its corporate headquarters to London will provide the company with tax benefits that could mean a 40-cents-a-share increase in earnings in a few years, analysts say. In addition, the company will have access to $300 million in excess cash abroad that would be subject to U.S. taxes if it attempted to move that money to the Chicago-based parent's balance... [more]

If US is controlled by real American such as Ron Paul, we would penalize these blood sucker companies and kick them out of US soil. And let only the good companies to do business in American.

Too sad our country is controlled by the same blood suckers GoldmanSex, JPM, Rockefeller, Rothschild Family......

Rockefellers and Rothschilds control exactly what these days? An ice skating rink, one of the two West Virginia U.S. Senate seats, and two of the first growth Grand Cru wineries in France??

Uh-huh. London, where the top marginal income tax rate is 50%, the VAT is 17.5%, and they have completely socialized medicine - both on the provider and insurance sides.

This move really does nothing to promote your world view, RS.

not sure so much about LDN, but once you add in state/city/sales/payroll/unemployent/work comp/ad val/gas/sales/gift/estate/hunting/inventory/kiddie/liquor/lux/medicare/property/resort/oil/SS/MTA/Use.....etc, etc, etc taxes you can see why tax foundation always ranks US worst for business...

... yet all idiots focus on are the federal tax rates.. right

also once you hit AMT, a ton of your deductions become void.. Alternative Min Tax though patched by Congress still uses 1960's or so figures for their thresholds, deeming some $140k households in NYC/NJ/CT/CA as "rich".

haha
