Went to a Superbowl party there. The apartment next door was also having a super bowl party. You coud hear both in the halls but inside the apt we could not hear the neighbors.

Perhaps we were both being loud at the same time but over all, it seems well constructed.

THanks - have you heard complaints about smells from vents or how the materials they used for the bathrooms to scratch and dent really easily?

No. I've been in there plenty of times and it really seems nicely done.
I'm not saying it's worth what they're asking, but I haven't seen or heardof the thigs you're asking abt.
