Many apartments for sale and all 2 bdrms are essentially the same differing by degrees of renovation and exposure/floor. Many on the market for months. Which apartment is the best value? Any thoughts. Anybody know. This building?

at those prices, it doesn't look like any of those offer value. RENT!

The maintenance is low which is goid but for some reason the prices are higher than I would expect.
