Would anyone know why this bldg is listed by brokers only, here on streeteasy and C. List. My friend has been shown 2 availabilities in this Brodsky owned bldg -which should be no fee? On Brodsky's website nothing is listed as avail in the bldg. I tried calling Brodsky's leasing people and no reply. Frustrating! http://www.brodskyorg.com/bldg_detail.cfm?BID=44

Could be a current tenant's apt, maybe a sublet?
