Discussion about 435 West 57th Street in Hell's Kitchen
Any comments on what it's like renting in this building? How is the management/superintendent? Are tenants young or old? Any bug or rodent problem? How are the doormen? Are the walls thick or thin? Thanks -

Great building. Mostly quiet - mix of tenant ages but errs on older folks. Though more and more younger folks are moving in. No pests in three years here. Great doormen, great super.
