Any information out yet re: condo or rental?

Rentals. And they look quite nice. Some beautiful big windows.

Where did you learn that they're going to be rentals?

Sorry Sirvogey, is not that clear. I thought it was rental, but says here not clear:

One thing is that (generally speaking) when these were all stalled developers were not able to get refinancing for condos, but could get financing for rentals and that new condo developments usually can only get started once a portion are sold.

This building is very close to being done, so it would seem that if it was condos, the sales would be well under way.

So my guess is still rental, but nothing official.

Again, these look really nice and are in a fantastic location.
