The floor plan is from 37 Wall Street, very deceiving. The one bedroom for 2700 is TINY, the bedroom can only fit a full size bed and not much else. For an alcove-studio-size apartment on Worth and Broadway, not worth it. It's not exactly prime Tribeca.

its also not exaclty tricbeca pricing buddy. 2700 for d/m elevator gym is cheap in any part of the city.

The building and the staff are very nice people, and the prices contextual to this market.
