Biggest disappointment ever! Rooms are tiny, cramped, horrible. The agent responsible was anything but charming, firstly we were surprised that the same time he agreed to meet of us there were 10 other people to see the apartment already there waiting for him...it did not make a lot sense until we saw the apartment..... It is obvious that the agent wanted to optimize the time because this apartment is the biggest scam we ever came across..... Mr. Agent was very arrogant, he made it seem we have to fight for the apartment because according to him he had sold 17 units in less than a year and this was the last one available.....needless to say we all were very pissed that the listing on this site was anything but true and honest illustration of the actual thing. 1- Bedrooms were tiny, closets almost nonexistent. 2- Bathrooms were laughable nothing like in the photos, to close the door of one of them one must hide behind the toilet and if the person is on the big side forget about using it....the other ones are small as well one even look unfinished... 3-Upper roof deck was nothing but a regular roof with all the roof junk blocking any possible view, but even if the roof was not obstructed it would not have any view as shown in the photos....the roof area is no usable not even for garbage. 4- The living room/kitchen is ridiculously small, it is even offensive to call it a living room. 5- Most bizarre of all was a tiny little closet with no more than 1 foot of height by 1 foot width under the stair, we immediately thought that "Jerry" the mouse lived there, yet we were not sure because his name was not on the door and Tom was nowhere to be found. 6-The stairs to the second floor are in such stiff inclination+ small steps, any elderly person or small child up to 5 years should be not allowed to live there, it is extremely dangerous. 7- The balcony is is a joke I am not sure if that was a balcony of just an unfinished part of the apartment without walls.... 8-All kitchen cupboards etc are made of a very cheap material, the fridge is already falling apart. 9- Building entrance is of a such bad taste not even worth mentioning, dirty, not well kept at all...I believe all the hype about the written on the web might be paid advertisement, because nobody there found worth even mentioning such bad taste. It is unclear why (if true) the other units were sold, We can only think they were better planned. There is no way that a person on his right mind would lay down almost 1 million for such hoax. [less]
