Hi We are looking for a place in Brooklyn, would be interested in people's opinion on the building, area or future for the property? Any information would be appreciated!

Do you really want to live across the street from a sports arena that is not, and never will be, served by adequate streets for traffic? And among the sports bars? And across from a huge construction project that will cast a shadow over much of the neighborhood? Unless you got one of the units in the affordable housing lottery, I can't imagine why you'd buy here.
