HELOC for Co-op

I am considering taking a Home Equity Line of Credit on an pre-war UWS co-op to help fund the renovation cost. The HELOC will be about 20% loan to value and I may only draw about half of it to cover the renos and keep the balance avaialble. No primary mortgage. Anybody have info on banks that write HELOCs on co-ops?
