Discussion about 142 North 6th Street in Williamsburg

just wanted to advise that the jardin decided to refund everyone's down payment . (at this point they are 50% in contracts,2 or 3 accepted offers) they will convert to a rental building. closings were supposed to be initially in January then they said march- now - not at all! the selling broker from apartments and lofts called two days ago to break the bad news.. my buyer is very very upset ,and I am sure all others will be too. buyer's attorney advised that it rarely happens but owner has this right. and it is legal!

I would be beyond upset....I would be furious.

Agents should be as well, should sue them for make you drive all the traffic and then just drop like nothing....
