Barclay Tower

I live about the same distance from WTC and never hear any noise from the WTC. I know there was a period a few years ago where there was a lot of noise from the WTC but I haven't heard any noise complaints in well over year.

My cousin has lived there for some time and said that it is so much quieter than it used to be. She is on high floor and apt faces WTC site.

Most of the loud construction is done (think jack hammering). They are just building vertical now and not making a lot of noise.

Thanks. I feel better about living there. new2RE does your cousin like living there? Any information for an actual tenant would be so helpful. Also, there were comments about the church bells from St. Peter's next door being unbearable. Has that changed too.... those comments were from 2 years ago also.
