I have been a renter since I have moved to NYC in 2007, I have never lived in Brooklyn just Manhattan. It is too expensive in Manhattan to buy and early next year I would like to buy an apartment and stop renting. The problem is I am not familiar AT ALL with Brooklyn. Here is what I need, I appreciate any and all help. 1. In Brooklyn at 600K is what I would like to spend, no more. 2. Around 850 - 1000 SQFeet 3. 2 Bedrooms or 1 Flex/2 4. Near a subway I see units like this and don't know what to think. Maybe you can recommend an area that is nice, I don't know much about Brooklyn. Any help would be great! http://streeteasy.com/nyc/sale/645739-condo-306-leonard-street-williamsburg-brooklyn http://streeteasy.com/nyc/sale/646580-condo-226-15th-street-park-slope-brooklyn http://img.streeteasy.com/nyc/attachment/show/945391-176-sterling-place-brooklyn.jpg [less]
