building this was in, about the management, about the owner, etc. and was the owner treated fairly by the board or is most of this information unknown?

You mean the "nobody loves my pit bull" guy? It's 1 Lincoln Plaza, 20W64th, #9N. His acting stuff is at www.imdb.com, with a demo tape, and he's on Twitter, etc. Too bad he never saw his 15 minutes....

Most buildings have a "no non-carryable dogs in passenger elevator" rule, and the "don't leave dog alone for more than nine hours" rule is just common sense and humane.
