Waterside Towers has ramps down to the street and cars can come into the complex and pick-up/drop off at the back door of the buildings. There's a supermarket on premises and a citibank. The grounds were renovated a few years ago and there are tables where you can sit and enjoy the view/breeze.

I live on the UWS near Lincoln Center and find it pretty convenient for someone wheelchair -bound. Whole Foods is very accessible for groceries, sidewalks much wider and smoother than downtown, good bus service, 2 nearby cinemas, park, LC, accessible stores you can roll to.

Want somewhere that the paratransit vans can sit and wait without blocking traffic.
