New development on corner of Bowery and Hester

Does anyone know if the building going up on the corner of Bowery and Hester (I think it's Hester. It's one block north of Canal on Bowery on the southeast corner.) is going to be a condo or a commercial building? Just noticed a sign with a pretty picture of a modern high rise there over the weekend but was going by too fast in a taxi to read what it said. Thanks.

Commercial on the bottom floors, condos on the top 4-6 floors. I can't remember exactly. They are mostly one small bedrooms (think 550 sq ft). The entrance will be on the Hester side, no doorman.

I think they may already be marketing units. A friend of a friend is looking at buying there. I'll see if I can get you additional details.
