Discussion about
looking at a few condo's that have individual boilers. i am not familiar with them but had a few questions- how long on average do they last before needing replacement, cost of replacing, any problems/concerns with having these? thanks!

Is the boiler for your heating or just hot water or both? If it is heating you better make sure it is strong enough to heat the whole place. I lived at two places with boiler in the apt to heat the whole place. I had to turn the stove on in the winter to survive. Since that is not that popular in NY, i am guessing you are in NJ?
