Anyone renting parking in north Brooklyn? How does this sound? $275 a month in East Williamsburg near BQE. Outdoor space, residential block, semi covered but not indoors.

I guess its ok. The one inside my building is a whopping $362. The one across the street is outdoor and securely fenced only open 6am-midnight for $175. Brooklyn Heights. I would look around if there are others on the block and if they'll do a discount for the year.

By the way, i never noticed the price in my building's lot before the major reno. They finished it in Dec. i'm pretty sure the monthly parking increase was substantial since it is a new lease/tenant and our maintenance has stayed flat for 5 years and seems like it will stay that way (being funded by the lot).

Why don't you just park it for free under the BQE?

FYI, The prices you see listed in garages are asking prices... Its always funny to me how few people realize this...
