can anyone refer a handyman/contractor for a common foyer renovation. appx 8 X 12 Not very complicated .. paint , some small molding replacement and possibly changing the floor.. (wood to wood)... just got what i thought to be a crazy estimate.. over 9k .. yikes ..

Versatile removations with Jonatan. Why not paint yourself and then have them to do floors and moldings?
