I've been watchin a penthouse on 315 w 86, it was put on the market for $1.5, then reduced to $1390000. i was about to take a closer look but it got sold. anybody knows for how much?

csn - it was 1-bed, 1 bath with huge terrace. does the price look ok to you?

isnt that very high for per sf? more than 1200 per sq. ft - it was a less than 900 sq. ft apartment.

Penthouses have a special cache about them. Studio or three bedroom - there is a premium you will pay. Having said that, $1200 per square foot is appropriate (actually a deal). I have to agree with csn - those who wait...
Not criticizing - it has happened to me on a couple properties.
