Eager to see the final price--great building, amazing views but not crazy about the super-mod finsishes. I prefer the original floor plan of this line; while it is nice to open the original second bedroom to create a larger LR, I don't know how well the 'den/bedroom' works as an actual bedroom. But I'm nitpicking--all-in-all an amazing space and whoever gets it is gonna love those views :-)

^^should have added that the 'den/bedroom' was the original DR in this line.
