This seems like a weirdly good deal. What am I missing? Does anyone know if there are development plans for the buildings to the North on 58th? It's a row of low buildings and I'm wondering if they've been sold to a developer who will build something to block the views.

I don't know anything about the north side of the building but perhaps potential buyers are nervous about the increased traffic and noise that Whole Foods will potentially bring to an already high traffic area.

This seems obvious, but you're basically on the Queensboro Bridge, which would increase noise and traffic dramatically.

The apartment looks great, but it doesn't seem to be on the Halstead website anymore.
