its very nice. friendly staff. most of them are still original - dated from 80s i belive , but very functional layouts with balconies, and an easy to layout without changing floorplans. actually the enclosed pool on roof is top if the line. i brokereed an apt there, and did an amazing renovation to the same apt

typos above: most apts are 80s vintage, and the layouts make it easy to upgrade without floorplan changes.
