What is the right rental price for a 2 bedroom in the Upper West Side, 1 kid, 1 small dog, we don't want to look too out of character for the economics of the area. Thanks

I can tell you as a real estate broker ,,there are homes at ALL price points, from 2600 - 6000 few things to consider
Do you need a certain School catchment for your child ? that will narrow your search
close to what train line?
riverside or central park?
