What good is a 759k apartment with outdoor space if the nearby treatment plant stench lingers in the summer air? I bought here last year and made an awful mistake. As much as it pains me to air out my discontent with this investment, I'd rather help other families avoid the conflict that this level of mistake will bring to your significant other?
