Discussion about 160 East 27th Street in Kips Bay
Does anyone know why the maintenance is so high? Is there something wrong with the financials of the building?

ASISLS,
I noticed that maintenance has been increasing over the last 3 years. in 2010, maintenance was $1,171. But now in 2013, maintenance jumped 16.5% to $1,364.
