I would not pay more than 1.4 for all the B line. it's on second avenue!! not a real 3 bedroom. insane prices. Ask yourself how much the owner paid for this 10 years ago, 600k?

18B put more money into built-ins and into splitting the second bedroom into two, rearranging bathroom door, etc.

20B cut the kitchen in half, making the window end into a tiny little room to put a crib.

I'd say both places were trashed, 18B less so, but not a $400,000 difference. Can't blame them for trying, though.

When first sold in 2003/2004, 18B went for $1,770,000 and 20B for $1,830,000.

it does seem pricey...
I'm always amazed at the prices commanded in this building...being on second avenue and all. I believe it's a demonstration of the $ willing to be spent on avoiding the world of Coops. Consider 18B, sure they are shooting the moon with that price but consider the purchase price :Previous Sale recorded for $2,020,000 back on 06/2006 when the feeding frenzy was at it's most fevered pitch. The good news with 18B is that it can easily be converted back from 1 bedroom/2horse stable to a 2 bedroom. The bad news is the view of ISIS to the north...
Could be a very interesting sale to watch

An empty ISIS, that is on the top floors. Looks like the 10th floor above is the hardest to move in ISIS. But back to the Seville, the quality ain't there to demand such high prices.
