So the Giants won the Super bowl in the 1986', 1990' and 2007 seasons(played in 87', 91', & 08'). All years marked by drops in NYC RE. So with a Giants victory today, what will happen to NYC RE prices?

There's a higher correlation to avocado sales. Over 5% of an annual production get consumed on that one day.

nyc re didn't drop in 08, we are still seeing peak buble asking price every where
