Is is worth the 'discount' to buy a 2nd floor apartment? Is this a bad investment. At what price? 25-e-83rd-st-upper-east-side-new-york 65-east-76th-street-upper-east-side-new-york http://streeteasy.com/nyc/sale/659414-coop-51-east-90th-street-carnegie-hill-new-york http://streeteasy.com/nyc/sale/659361-coop-1036-park-avenue-upper-east-side-new-york http://streeteasy.com/nyc/sale/583858-coop-1049-park-avenue-carnegie-hill-new-york

Anyone have any idea on these ground floor apartments? Even this close to central park, are these good investments?
