Are you looking to buy a studio for your gay nephew? And your budget is around $1M despite being cheap? And you'd like to get in the best building you can, but now you are discovering some studios are reserved for residents and their maids? So you're trying to figure out how to get around a building's board to buy a studio which has these restrictions?
