It's now livingthere.com, whose blah-blah is "LivingThere is a collaboration between the New York Observer and Nate Friedman, the creator of the first New York real estate search site, natefind.com. We welcome your input and you can reach Nate at nate@livingthere.com."

natefind was awesome because it was so simple to use/navigate. Now its quite cluttered and looks like every other RE website out there.. if I want to see new/reduced, instead of the clutter I'll just use streeteasy instead

How do you find the daily new and reduced listings on Streeteasy?It was simple on Natefind.

yea, I agree. I noticed that today. The new site seems similar to SE. It used to serve it's own niche, now they're trying to mimic another site. I am not so sure I understand their new business strategy.

just spent about 20 min. checking it out. Inferior to SE, not worth the time.
