Discussion about
2010 it closed for 436k, that's over a 30% increase in two years. I know the area is doing well, but not 30% gain in two years well... I'm also surprised to see this place is listed for well above the Williamsburg square foot average, and it's not even a new build. Crazy, especially when there are views of the park and Manhattan in the same price range right around the corner.

First floor place that is 594 sq ft and has a basement storage (made me think of the flooding discussion) that has charm, but is old, old, old. I think people in Wburg are just putting ridiculous prices on all units in hope that there is some sucker out there. But seriously, not Manhattan folks.
