The broker's site shows the same numbers. It's bad enough when they don't proof and write "their" when they mean "there", or insert meaningless apostrophes to indicate a plural, but getting the numbers so far off goes beyond annoying.

Without my glasses, even I wouldn't get it that wrong. Sure, it's a new listing (allegedly) and pictures/floorplan are to follow. Understandable, but it would be nice if what little info there is could be accurate?
