This is a studio turned "1 bedroom" - The "bedroom" is 7 feet wide, which means a Queens bed could barely be squeezed in.

Not even a full-size, unless you turn it sideways.

That's the problem with 20' townhouses having two apartments per floor. You can have either one good-sized room facing out, or two narrow ones.

More importantly, not legal. A bedroom must be a minimum of eight feet on all sides (including ceiling) to be legal.
