Discussion about 84 South 1st Street in Williamsburg
Anyone know when this building will actually finish? The date of c/o seems to keep sliding and there are some units in basement that are terrible and unfinished. Any info on developer maybe??

Are you talking about 84 or 84-90 in general. Each building is a separate condo, each having its own offering plan. Last I heard from broker was May for 88 but not sure about other buildings. What have you heard?
