Here's a query for the great minds and experienced voices of this board. I am this close to having an accepted offer in a nice HDFC coop building. Let's say that works out, and I'm on to the next step. I'll find an lawyer with experience in these transactions, and s/he'll go over all the stuff. But meanwhile I'm sure someone here can offer some advice about stuff I should be particularly concerned about in the building's financials and general operating policies. Your thoughts?
