Hi I am looking to purchase an IMD building but I have a few questions. How do I go about making my IMD building residential? Am I allowed to do owner occupancy on one of the IMD units? Does anyone know any lawfirms that specialize in handling IMD buildings? Thanks all for helping me out!

contact a landlord tenant attorney & don't buy until you have solid answers to these questions.
