Can anyone recommend a good real estate lawyer? Shopping around since we're uncertain about the last one we used...thanks

Svetlana Petroff of Rowland & Petroff. A little on the expensive side, but more thorough and conscientious than most, and a good choice if you've been burned by a different lawyer. 212-685-5509.
