Checked this out today. Awfully nice - great size and amenities and everything else! However apts in this bldg are 100K or more cheaper than others in the same neighborhood. Granted the neighborhood is not the most gentrified out there. So is it just the neighborhood, or is there another catch?!

It appears that the maintenance/taxes are high. that could be why. and they are above 125th st. have you checked out the new listing 201 west 112th st.
