This is a misleading listing. When you click on the broker link a picture of a large corner unit opens up. 82 Jane is a mid-block building with very different windows than those shown in the picture. Also, the building does not have parking. This listing indicates free indoor parking. I understand that the link brings you to a very general page that is not necessarily an ad for 82 Jane, but it appears that the intent of the ad is for the reader to beleive a large corner 1 br/ 2 ba unit with a private elevator and free indoor parking is avaialble on Jane street for $4,500. Anyone living in the area would know this is simply not possible.

The building is managed by the Brodsky Organization. It's 80 1/2 - 82 Jane Street. The building does not have an elevator or this layout. There is private parking available on the block, but you'd have to buy the building. The last ask was in the early $30 millions.
